Other Recyclable Materials

Wastecycle have an innovative approach to recycling and are continually seeking to expand national and international markets for secondary materials. Through gradual developments at our processing plants, we are progressively increasing the percentage of Recycled Materials recovered from the waste stream.

The following are examples of other materials, which are economically extracted for re-use:

Metal

• Light steel scrap
• cast iron
• copper
• aluminium (including drinks and food cans, emptied and washed out)
• other non-ferrous metals 

Green Waste

Wastecycle provide recycling facilities for green waste including

• forest thinning
• hedge/brash
• garden waste

Materials are then composted and re-used to enrich Wastecycle’s soil products and for mulching.
